BRICKMAC Engineering, a Chinese company founded in 2015, operates over 15 countries worldwide. The company is a member of China Bricks & Tiles Association with headquarter located in Nanjing in China and Subsidiaries in Malaysia, Egypt and Vietnam.
BRICKMAC is specialized in providing turn-key solutions for heavy clay/ceramic solutions. It also known in other sectors of industrial by providing furnace and dryer automatic handling, robotic stacking and palletizing, industrial automation, equipment and electrical solution for industrial production units.
BRICKMAC is devoted to built a dynamic engineer team focused on continuously improve bricks/tiles/panels production in customized conditions for both raw material and processes. We also emphasize training and the transfer of knowledge to our clients’ technicians.
BRICKMAC engineering team provides:
1) Pre-sales:
-raw material analysis and tailored proposals;
-additional daily tear and wear spare parts deliver together with machine to ensure non-stop production in case of emergencies.
2) Post-sales:
-our engineers will stay on-site and supervise the installation & debug for all equipment during project set up;
-main machinery will equipped with remote monitoring device, together with 24/7 technical support, a real-time remote diagnostics, proactive maintenance and software/firmware updates can be realized.

BRICKMAC engineer team provide trial operation before shipment, install and commissioning on-site, and local operator training.
1) Client need to inform basic information like: Location, Raw materials, brick type and dimensions, working hours, daily capacity, fuel for kiln firing, power supply voltage and frequency;
2) BRICKMAC team will provide solution and equipment/dryer/kiln quotation;
3) Raw material analysis and report;
4) Confirm solution & equipment quotation and sign contract;
5) Equipment manufacture and shipment, Kiln/dryer civil works;
6) Equipment install and commissioning, operator training;
7) Trial production & debug;
8) Put into production;
