The fully automatic palletizing system consists of automatic brick groupping conveyor, robot, gripper, brick pack conveyor and integrated control system. The entire system is controlled by PLC, and the operating table uses mainstream HMI with touch screen. The machine interface is suitable for stacking of most brick products like solid bricks, perforated bricks, hollow blocks and thermo blocks.
The robot palletizing system includes palletizing robot, robot gripper, grouping conveyor and control panel. It is highly compacted, requires less in space and work steady. It's more flexible in fitting with different size and weight target and different output, also more convenience for old factories to reform existing production line. The robot arm, mechanic structure, electrical system as well as operating system are manufactured in accordance with European standards, which have features of high degree of automation, easy operation, long life and saving maintenance costs.
