The Semi-automatic brick packing system consists of automatic brick groupping conveyor, "basket" type brick collecting machine, strapping machine, kiln wagon positioning system, brick pack conveyor and integrated control system. The entire system is controlled by PLC, and the operating table uses mainstream HMI with touch screen. The machine interface is suitable for stacking of most brick products like solid bricks, perforated bricks, hollow blocks and thermo blocks.
