The fully automatic stretch hood wrapping system is also called as automated film packing, it consists of automatic brick groupping conveyor, robot(or frame setting machine), gripper, kiln wagon positioning system, film stretch wrapping machine and integrated control system. The entire system is controlled by PLC, and the operating table uses mainstream HMI with touch screen. The machine interface is suitable for packing of various industries, including food, beverages, local specialties, ceramics, and building materials like bricks, blocks and roofing tiles.
