Our company's fully automatic unloading and packing system is derived from the Italian technology and is an innovative design combining the characteristics of local sintered bricks. The system consists of automatic brick unloading system, brick unloading conveying system, brick unloading marshalling system, automatic palletizing system, strapping and packing system, and post-packing conveying system. The entire system is controlled by high-end PLC, and the operating table uses mainstream HMI with touch screen. The machine interface is suitable for unloading and packing of most brick products on the market.
The robot palletizing system includes robot arm, grouping conveyor and control panel. It is highly compacted, requires less in space and work steady. It's more flexible in fitting with different size and weight target and different output, also more convenience for old factories to reform existing production line. The robot arm, mechanic structure, electrical system as well as operating system are manufactured in accordance with European standards, which have features of high degree of automation, easy operation, long life and saving maintenance costs. Scope of application: Building materials manufacturing industries of all types of high-end ceramics, bricks, clay tiles and hollow blocks, cement and other building materials extrusion; Food, Beverage, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Logistics and other industries.
